The lamp combines lighting with a disinfection module. UV-C diodes in the 260-280 nm range and the ozone they generate are used to sanitise surfaces and utility spaces: bathrooms, kitchens, animal housing or a porch before the entrance. Ozone is a strong oxidant that decomposes back into oxygen on its own, so clean air remains after the cycle.
Important: while the UV-C module and ozone generation are running, only objects should remain in the room. People and animals should leave, and the room should be ventilated once the cycle ends.
